Please secure pets and small children away from the technician’s work area, and any doors or gates they may need to use during their visit. We don’t want to let Fluffy out by mistake or leave a basement door ajar for a curious toddler.
Please ensure there is a clear, safe path to the equipment and that there is adequate space to work around the units themselves.
If you have booked maintenance or repairs on a Gas Fireplace or Freestanding Stove, please turn it OFF several hours ahead to ensure it is cool enough to safely disassemble and work on.
