No Heat Emergency? We Can Help.

When the temperature drops and your furnace stops working, it’s more than an inconvenience – it’s an emergency. Whether it happens in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, our team is here to help restore your heat quickly and safely.

How to Reach Us During a No-Heat Situation

If you have no heat, please call us right away at 705-429-3512.

  • During business hours: Our service staff are available to take you call M-F, from 8AM to 5PM. If you call and we are tied up, your message will be returned as soon as possible by our office team. We prioritize no-heat calls and work hard to get everyone looked after.

  • After hours: You’ll need to leave a voicemail for the on-call heating technician.

    • Call 705-429-3512

    • Choose 3 for HVAC

    • Then Choose 2 for the Emergency Tech Voice Mail

Please include your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the problem in your message. The on-call technician will return your call as soon as possible.

Before You Call

Sometimes, the issue can be resolved with a quick check. Before calling, take a moment to confirm:

  • Your thermostat is set to HEAT and the temperature is set above room temperature.

  • The batteries in your thermostat are fresh.

  • The power switch on or near your furnace is turned ON,

  • The outdoor disconnect located near your Heat Pump condenser is installed properly (Caution – 240V!)

  • Your breaker panel hasn’t tripped.

  • The filter is clean and not restricting airflow.

  • The vent terminations are free of obstructions such as snow, insect nests or squirrel’s stash.

  • For oil or propane systems – check that your fuel supply isn’t empty.

If everything appears normal and you still have no heat, call us immediately.
